get back into the dating market.
1)THINK ABOUT IT:you are allowed to think about it.you are allowed to go through everything that happened in your mind but don’t do obsessively. thinking is good because when you think about things,it helps you remember the reason why you made a decision about those things in the first place so think about it and the reason you broke up with the person,so that you don’t repeat those mistakes in the future.
2)DON’T
CHANGE YOUR MIND:you are not allowed to beg or rethink your decision. there is a good reason why you broke up in the first place so stick to it because nothing has changed even if your ex said they have changed.there are 70% chance they are lying to you.
3)DON’T HATE OR SEEK REVENGE: i know this is hard to do but don’t hate on them or plan a revenge on them by thinking of destroying their things or insulting them because it will only make you feel worse and angry at every single thing in your life.it will make you wish for bad things to happen to them,which is not a very good thing to wish others even though they hurt you or you feel they deserve it. try as much as possible not to attack them in any form.
4)DON’T MONITOR THEIR DAILY ACTIVITIES: for example don’t visit their twitter,my space or facebook page.i know we will be tempted to find out whats going on in their lives and all that, but this is only going to hurt you more.it’s only going to make you feel worse, so don’t do it. if possible don’t communicate with them in any way. try not to call them or make someone call them and to find out how they are doing.
5)BE ACTIVE: try not to be idle. do new things and visit new places that you have never been before. try not be alone because when you are alone,you will find reasons to be sad and angry at so many things, so go out and discover new things about yourself.study something or learn something new.
6)BE HAPPY AND DON’T GIVE UP ON LOVE: the fact that one person messed up doesn’t mean that every other person will mess up.there is someone out there for you,you just have to believe everything will be fine.
